A Space 2 Be will provide a safe environment to explore different creative therapeutic interventions that can help make sense of feeling overwhelmed, anxiety, sadness and upset, depression and stress. Therapeutic arts can also support improving resilience, self-esteem & confidence, building trust & personal development. Sarah will hold a nurturing space, providing a calm and safe environment to support behaviour & emotional difficulties, loss & change, personal & family upset, ongoing challenges and low moods. All materials are supplied and you are welcome to also bring your own. £45.00 for 1 hour or £65.00 for 90 Minutes
